Our Quality Beef

 Our beef is "dry-aged" which means they have been hung in a refrigerated cooler for 14-21 days.  This process allows the moisture to evaporate from the muscles and the beef's natural enzymes break down the connective tissue in those muscles leading to more tender beef.  Check out our products below to see the various cuts available!
